Senior Engine Mechanic

Role Overview
Responsible for leading the comprehensive overhaul and rebuild process of large-scale industrial and marine diesel engines to factory standards
Key Responsibilities
- Execute complete engine teardown, meticulously inspecting all components for wear or damage.
- Reassemble and rebuild complex diesel engine systems according to official technical manuals.
- Perform dynamic troubleshooting, diagnostics, and Dyno Testing validation before final delivery.
- Mentor and supervise junior technical staff during complex workshop operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in heavy machinery engine overhaul (CAT, Komatsu, Cummins, etc.).
- Valid Basic Mechanic Course (BMC) Certification (Optional).
- Strong ability to interpret technical engineering blueprints and electrical schematics.
- Deep commitment to maintaining a strict safety (HSE/K3) culture in the workplace.
